Sacred Pause: Our Annual Examen

At the start of each new year, we make space as an LCSD community for a sacred pause in our ministry as spiritual companions. Through guided meditation, creative reflection and time to share together, we’ll prayerfully reflect on the year just past: what we have noticed in our practice, what we have learnt, and where we have encountered God in the ministry of accompanying others. From this place of attentive reflection, we’ll look towards the year ahead and listen for what God may be inviting us into as spiritual directors.
