Visio Divina: Discernment Through Imagery

The practice of Visio Divina offers a deepening of the Lectio Divina tradition, but with visual imagery. It is a rich resource for prayer and discernment, offering spiritual directors a valuable tool. In this workshop, we'll explore how to engage with visual imagery as a means of encountering God. We'll delve into the power of story and how it can lead to a living encounter with the divine.

How do we begin? Or, if it's something we already do, how can we refresh our practice? And how do we teach the practice to our directees? We'll address these questions, and more, in a day which will include space for our own reflection as well as discovering resources for our spiritual direction practice.
