Network Day: Whose Calling

our annual network day

Our annual Network Day is a time to connect, pray and be inspired. The Network Day provides us with the time and space to:

  • connect with other spiritual directors
  • hear the latest news from the Centre
  • find out about the growing Community of Spiritual Directors
  • learn from keynote speakers
  • pray together and bless one another in our ministry.

This year our theme is: Whose Calling: Issues of Vocation in Spiritual Direction

Is the call to be a spiritual director from God? Is it a charism of the church and so is it for the church to validate people’s ministry? Or is it individual and personal so that anyone can decide they feel called to do it? Andrew Walker will be exploring the issues around these and other questions related to the vocation of spiritual direction.

Andrew Walker is an Anglican parish priest, Director of the three-year London-based Ignatian Spirituality programme, spiritual director and Psychosynthesis-trained supervisor. Andrew is also the founding director of the London Centre for Spirituality (now the London Centre for Spiritual Direction.)
