NICOLA MASON: I studied theology before working for Social Services, and then became a member of a contemplative religious community for ten years. I now live as a consecrated semi-solitary in East London and work as a spiritual director and retreat guide. I also teach on the Ignatian Spirituality and Spiritual Direction course in central London, and have particular interests in Carmelite spirituality, and combining creativity and prayer. EMILY MILLER: I am a member of the Third Order of St Francis (TSSF) serving as the Area Minister for London West. After completing a 3-year Ignatian Spirituality and Spiritual Director course held at the London Centre for Spiritual Direction, I work as a spiritual director in the London and Worcestershire areas. After years in the corporate world and then running my own business, I also work as a mediator and restorative practices practitioner in the workplace and in the criminal justice system as a volunteer.
