    I am an Anglican priest and have been offering direction since my time as a Franciscan religious (SSF). From 2001 – 2003 I undertook the Ignatian Spirituality Course, taught on Encounter for many years and now co-lead the Centre Course: Exploring Christian Spirituality. In direction my desire is to enable people to become aware of and respond to movements of the Spirit in their journey in God. I am also an accredited Pastoral Supervisor (APSE) and offer supervision for clergy and spiritual directors. I work across the denominations and am happy to accompany clergy and LGBTI people. My work with people living with severe learning difficulties and autism nudged me into training as a spiritual director. I have a passion for inclusion and am happy to offer both exploratory appointments and longer term work. I myself am an ecumenical Christian in an Anglican- Lutheran tradition, and I would very much welcome working with people of all Faith traditions. I am particularly familiar with Judaism and Islam, through my professional working background.

I have a special interest in contemplative prayer and meditation, all mystical paths, developing consciousness and transformation, cognitive patterns, depression and spiritual crisis, as well as finding God in ordinary life and nature. My spiritual teacher is Dr Cynthia Bourgeault with whom I go on retreat once a year. From January-June 2019 I will be attending the School of Awakening with Eckhart Tolle.
