I have provided a number of contemplative art workshops. I have also practiced as a qualified Art Psychotherapist for the last 20 years. In my therapeutic work I have had an interest in spiritual abuse. I am interested in the interweaving of Spirituality with Psychology and Creativity.

I also trained as an Ignation spiritual director at the LCSD and recently graduated from St Mary’s London in Healthcare Chaplaincy (2018) Currently, working as an Anglican lay chaplain to Brighton Hospital and the Royal Alexandra Children’s hospital as well as offering Spiritual Direction & Counselling. My experience in these three areas help me to understand how significant life events can shape our Spiritual journey and experience of God. My role as S/D would be to help you explore your understanding and relationship with God and his will for you. I’m available for quiet day’s and retreats in Ignation prayer.
